Overnight power loss on Tue 18 Aug 2009
Following a significant failure, overnight electrical substation repairs have caused all services to be shutdown. Services are expected to be restored after 8am tomorrow morning. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. IT Helpdesk

Citrix unavailable
In the early hours of Monday morning our Citrix secure gateway failed and despite continuous effort it cannot be restored. This fault makes Citrix unavailable until further notice. While less productive please use web based email and web based documents until further notice. IT Helpdesk.

Please be aware that we suffered a power cut between 8:30pm and 9:30pm on Wed 3 Jun 2009. While access to services was disrupted the services themselves were unaffected.

Launch of new staff web site
